Code of Conduct

Effective Date: May 8, 2026

GameSpark strives to offer a fair, fun and safe environment for all players. This Code of Conduct is intended to provide our players with examples of behavior that may fall outside of GameSpark community standards. Please note that this Code of Conduct is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service which you must agree to before using our Services.

Improper behaviors that fall outside of GameSpark community standards include, but not limited to:

  1. Improper Gameplay.

  2. Improper Communication, whether created through Services or through third party devices connected to Services.

  3. Cheating, Scamming and Spamming.

The foregoing list is intended to provide examples of behavior that falls outside of GameSpark community standards. This is not intended to be an exhaustive list, and we refer you to our Terms of Service for further information and guidelines.

Such improper behavior interferes with the ability of other players to enjoy our games. Please note that if we suspect that a player is involved in any improper activity, we reserve our rights (at our sole discretion) to remove improper contents, temporarily or permanently prevent the player from interacting with others in the games, temporarily or permanently suspend the player account and/or prohibit the player from using our service until an investigation has been fully conducted and resolved, depending on the severity of the infraction.

If a player is involved in any improper activity, we reserve our rights (at our sole discretion) to deduct any improperly gained Virtual Items from the player account; remove improper contents; temporarily or permanently prevent the player from interacting with others in the games, temporarily or permanently suspend the player account; terminate the player account; and/or prohibit the player from using our service, depending on the severity of the infraction.

If we are requested or ordered to do so by governmental or law enforcement authorities, we may also, depending on the nature of the material that you post and our obligations under applicable laws, require you to post correction notices, disable access to your posted material by other users, stop delivery of your posted material to particular users, restrict your player account from interacting with other players, or remove your posted material.
